Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution, while collaborating with large accounts. The role includes generating leads, defining territories, delivering sales analytics, and providing technical solutions through multiple communication channels.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, 3+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian rank)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market
• Build and maintain relationships across customer organizations
• Execute sales/marketing plans to deliver volume and value; align sales plans with marketing and other functions
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain
• Utilize market intelligence to shape sales strategy and inform product development
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies within legal and Dow guidelines
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results
