Dow invites you to join as a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region, driving growth for small to mid-size customers while supporting larger accounts and key influencers. You will define sales territories, manage analytics, and deliver technical solutions through multiple channels.

We seek a candidate with a bachelor’s degree (or relevant military experience), 3+ years in sales, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across organizational levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market data to shape the sales plan and product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies in line with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
