Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth with small to mid-size customers and distribute within the market. You will also engage large accounts, manage non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers across channels.

The role includes defining sales territories, generating leads, analyzing sales data, and delivering technical solutions while coordinating with Production and Supply Chain to forecast demand. Regional scope may vary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align sales plan with the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans and make decisions on product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals, considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
