Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the market. You will generate leads, define sales territories, and analyze sales data to drive growth.

This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, pricing strategy development, and the ability to build key relationships across customer hierarchies while delivering value and market share gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plans with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and inform new product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
