Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the market in the Pacific Northwest region.

You will engage large accounts, manage non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers through face-to-face, phone, and email communications. Responsibilities include expanding the account portfolio, delivering the sales/marketing plan, forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, and shaping strategy via

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Leverage market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions on new products.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
