Dow in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers, manage distribution, and engage large accounts. You will develop leads, define sales territories, and provide technical solutions across channels.

This role emphasizes building relationships, analyzing sales data, and developing price strategies in line with Dow policies. Relocation not offered; US work eligibility required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align to marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and analyze data for decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals while considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
