Job summary

STEMCO Products is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across designated territories. You will conduct product demonstrations and training, work with distributors and fleets, and grow market share while gathering VOC for new applications and channels.

This role covers Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska. Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry, CRM experience, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of related work experience in B2B or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with CRM administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
