Job summary

STEMCO, a subsidiary of Enpro, seeks a National Sales Manager to lead the US West market and grow a high-performing sales team. You will coach Regional Sales Managers, the OES Sales Manager, and the National Fleet Sales Manager across assigned markets to strengthen performance and expand opportunities.

You will develop product knowledge, drive training, and coach managers to improve productivity. Travel up to 70% and build strategic relationships with distributors, fleets, and dealers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Sales experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 70%.
• Must reside within the STEMCO-defined region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Regional Sales Managers, the OES Sales Manager, and the National Fleet Sales Manager to strengthen performance.
• Develop the sales team’s product knowledge, training ability, and overall selling effectiveness.
• Coach Sales Managers in skill development to improve productivity and support continued professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major fleet customers, aftermarket distributors, and truck dealer groups throughout assigned markets.
• Champion sales activity and new customer development for all STEMCO products within assigned territories.
• Conduct comprehensive business reviews with major distributors and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Develop business plans and growth strategies with key distributors and market partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction, market expansion, and achievement of sales objectives.
• Travel extensively to meet with customers and distributors and to coach Regional Sales Managers in the field.
