Job summary

STEMCO, a subsidiary of Enpro, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to meet sales goals across Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and adjacent areas. You will conduct product demonstrations, install training for area fleets, and collaborate with distributors, dealers and management to grow market share.

The role requires strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry, CRM/BI proficiency, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience in B2B or manufacturing is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Promote STEMCO products to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Regularly visit customers and distributors within the territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for area fleets.
• Collaborate with distributors, dealers and management to grow market share.
• Utilize CRM and BI tools to manage pipeline and data.
• Gather VOC to identify new applications and channels to market.
