Lundbeck is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead a high performing psychiatry portfolio sales team across the Midwest region. You will set strategic direction, coach managers, and drive execution by aligning cross-functional efforts with local market needs.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sales management in pharma/biopharma, with strong leadership and communication skills. Travel up to 70% domestically is required, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3+ years sales management experience in Pharma/Biopharma/Biologics or related.
• Internal candidates: 1 year commercial experience or 2+ years Lundbeck sales success.
• Documented track record of sales success and financial management.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to train and provide feedback to account managers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Willing to travel up to 70% domestically.
