Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Area Sales Director for the Pacific Northwest to lead a multi-state sales team in the diagnostics space. This remote, US-based role drives growth, expands account penetration, and strengthens clinician and hospital relationships across the region.

You will coach 6–8 Account Executives, develop and execute sales strategies, supervise field activity, and travel about 50% of the time to ensure strong market coverage and performance.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience selling lab services to clinicians and hospitals.
• 7+ years of prior managerial experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6-8 Account Executives
• Create and implement effective sales strategies
• Provide leadership through communication of vision and active coaching
• Conduct field visits for supervision and observation
• Maintain competitive knowledge to adjust sales strategies
• Expand menu utilization in existing accounts
• Sell genetic diagnostic testing services to new customers
