Tempus is seeking an Area Sales Director for the Pacific Northwest region, covering Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. You will lead a team of Account Executives to drive adoption of genetic diagnostic testing services in hospitals, clinics, and physician offices, while shaping territory strategy and growth.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years selling laboratory services to clinicians and hospitals.
• 7+ years of managerial sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ across multiple states.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of 6-8 Account Executives and Senior Account Executives.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies for the team.
• Coach, develop, and monitor performance to meet goals.
• Supervise through field visits and data-driven reviews.
• Expand territory and drive national expansion in major metros.
• Sell genetic diagnostic testing services to new customers.
• Negotiate contracts and introduce new testing products.
• Deliver customer-specific action plans and presentations.
• Support trade shows and manage customer data.
• Achieve sales goals and handle other duties as assigned.
