Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience required; PACE experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Outstanding customer service orientation, especially in telephone and written communications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of participant appointments.
• Troubleshoot conflicts and urgent needs with stakeholders to meet turn-around times.
• Address cancellations and rescheduling requests promptly.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and scheduling inquiries.
• Maintain and update team member availability in source systems.
• Communicate appointment confirmations and reminders as per protocols.
