Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare is seeking a Program Director to lead the PACE center operations across the assigned region, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care and full regulatory compliance. You will oversee program operations, drive improvements, manage budgets, and coordinate with executive leadership to align with organizational goals.

The role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in healthcare operations or program management.
• 4+ years of leadership with operational oversight and full P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing PACE programs or home care operations preferred.
• Experience in start-up or turnaround environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the local Program Support Team.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for PACE program operations, including participant growth and service quality.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align program goals with broader organizational strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Program Support Team with coaching and performance management.
• Drive participant satisfaction through care coordination and effective communication.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure regulatory compliance across CMS, state, and PACE requirements.
• Oversee audits, quality reviews, and risk assessments; address gaps with corrective actions.
• Build relationships with community providers and regulatory agencies to support growth.
• Prepare program reporting for executives, board members, and regulators.
