Job summary

LongTerm Healthcare is seeking a Regional Program Director to oversee multiple PACE centers and lead multi-site operations. You will coach Center Directors, ensure CMS and quality standards, and drive care coordination and performance across the region.

The role requires 7+ years in healthcare leadership, experience with PACE or senior care, and travel up to 75%. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's preferred.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
  • 3+ years in PACE, managed care, senior care, or long-term care.
  • Multi-site leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and quality initiatives.
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and developing leaders.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% across the region.

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Regional Program Director to oversee multiple PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) centers. This executive leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about improving care for older adults while leading high-performing teams across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide operational leadership for multiple PACE centers.

  • Coach and develop Center Directors and leadership teams.
