Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide operational, administrative, and customer support for homecare services in the PACE program. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, compliance tracking, and client relations to ensure caregivers are prepared and supported, and client needs are met.

The role focuses on documentation, communication, timekeeping support, and collaboration with Compliance to maintain regulatory standards and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of administrative or client support experience, preferably healthcare or staffing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist caregivers with onboarding, orientation, credentialing, and system access.
• Provide ongoing support to field staff and resolve issues to enable successful assignments.
• Maintain caregiver credentials, certifications, and licensures.
• Communicate updates, policy changes, and assignment details clearly and promptly.
• Support timekeeping, payroll, and schedule confirmations for HCPs.
• Generate and distribute reports for internal teams and client review.
