Job summary

Cross Country is seeking a Program Coordinator to support PACE programs. You will assist caregivers with onboarding, credentialing, and system access, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliant, smooth service delivery.

You will maintain caregiver records, support timekeeping and payroll, and serve as a primary contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in administrative or client support, preferably in healthcare or staffing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience with VMS technology or client portals.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist caregivers with onboarding, orientation, credentialing, and system access.
• Provide ongoing support to field staff, resolving issues and ensuring resources for assignments.
• Maintain records of caregiver credentials, certifications, and licensures.
• Communicate updates, policy changes, and assignment details clearly.
• Support timekeeping, payroll, and schedule confirmations.
• Act as liaison between caregivers, clients, and internal departments.
• Generate, prepare, and distribute reports for internal teams and client review.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and agency procedures.
• Attend offsite job fairs and community events as needed.
• Provide after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage as required.
