Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a PACE Program Coordinator to oversee the synchronization of all operations involved in the successful completion of PACE programs related to Growth & Expansion.

This includes maintaining project plans, calendars, dashboards, and activities, plus assisting with the budget and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience, and data analysis/project management background; PMI certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care, and Organizational Management is required or substitution allowed.
• Minimum of 2 years of overall experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis and/or project management preferred.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
• Experience in health care process improvement, data analysis, project management training, or business integration is highly preferred.
• Current license, insurance, vehicle and ability to commute to Los Angeles & Orange Counties and other PACE expansions.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize all operations involved in the successful completion of PACE programs related to Growth & Expansion.
• Maintain project plans, calendars, dashboards, and activities.
• Assist with the budget and keep abreast of regulatory guidelines applicable to PACE programs.
