Cross Country Search is seeking a Program Manager to oversee PACE homecare accounts, manage client relationships, and drive service delivery excellence. You will lead the Program Support Team, coordinate with sales, and ensure regulatory compliance across programs.

The role emphasizes on-site client engagement, team leadership, and proactive service delivery to expand opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Account or Program Management or 3+ years in client relations, preferably in healthcare staffing or homecare.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in healthcare staffing, homecare, or related field.
• Prior experience managing PACE program accounts or homecare staffing.
• Familiarity with MSP/VMS technology.
• Proven success in client relationship management, account growth, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for PACE program clients and build trusted relationships.
• Conduct client visits and satisfaction meetings to strengthen partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with sales and account teams.
• Monitor client performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Lead and develop the Program Support Team to high performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Provide training and guidance to coordinators and staff.
• Oversee daily operations and timely delivery of deliverables.
