Job summary

CalOptima is seeking a Supervisor Nursing Services (PACE) to lead the PACE clinic nursing team, ensure high-quality participant care, and collaborate with providers and community partners. Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

The role involves coordinating care, participating in interdisciplinary assessments, and supporting the Clinic Manager with operations and participant issues.

Qualifications

• ADN required with 5 years RN clinical experience, including 1 year with frail/elderly population within last 3 years.
• 3 years of supervisory experience or acting in a leadership role.
• CPR and First-Aid certification required or to be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing services staff to ensure high-quality participant care and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate and oversee PACE nursing care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Develop and revise PACE clinic policies and desktop references.
