Job summary

CalOptima Health seeks a Manager PACE Center to lead day-to-day PACE operations and ensure participant-centered care. You will coordinate safety, staffing, onboarding, kitchen services, and administration, while collaborating with clinical and operational teams to implement priorities.

You will supervise staff, develop programs, and serve as a liaison to the community, driving improvements in care delivery and program development across committees and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration or related field plus 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• 3 years of managing operations for community-based clinics or centers (PACE/FQHC/SNFs).
• 3 years of experience working with older adult populations; CPR/First-Aid certification either possessed or obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the PACE Center and coordinate with the Senior Manager Clinical Center.
• Lead center operations including safety, staffing, onboarding, kitchen/dietary, reception and admin support.
• Act as liaison within the organization and the community; drive program development through committees and projects.
• Support clinical policies, procedures and quality initiatives; hire, train, review and set goals for staff.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to implement priorities and ensure quality care.
