Job summary

CalOptima Health is hiring a Supervisor Nursing Services (PACE) to lead the nursing team in the PACE clinic and ensure high-quality participant care. The role reports to the Manager of Clinical Operations PACE and involves oversight of RN/LVN staff, care planning, and collaboration with clinicians and community partners.

The position is full-time and office-based in California, with potential telework approved and two days per week in the Orange main office when applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or related field PLUS 5 years of RN clinical experience.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• CPR and First-Aid Certification required or must be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of PACE nursing services.
• Supervise RN/LVN staff and ensure high-quality participant care.
• Coordinate inter-disciplinary team assessments and care planning.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and clinic policies.
• Lead staff in training, development, and issue resolution.
