CalOptima Health Partnership in California is hiring a Supervisor Nursing Services (PACE) to lead the PACE clinic nursing team, overseeing RNs and LVNs, and applying nursing processes to ensure high-quality participant care. The role reports to the Manager of Clinical Operations PACE and requires independent judgment in a fast-paced clinical setting.

This full-office position emphasizes supervisory duties, program support, and collaboration with providers and community partners.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher required; 5 years RN clinical experience with frail or elderly population in last 3 years.
• 3 years of supervisory experience or leadership role required.
• CPR and First-Aid certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily nursing operations for the PACE clinic.
• Supervise RNs and LVNs, ensure high-quality participant care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and nursing standards.
• Collaborate with PACE administration, providers and community partners.
• Organize in-service training and address participant grievances as applicable.
