Job summary

Habitat Health seeks an experienced RN Clinic Supervisor to lead the PACE clinic's daily operations in California. You will guide nurses and medical assistants, manage schedules, and ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced setting.

You will also oversee vendor coordination, supply ordering, and quality initiatives while providing hands‑on clinical care as needed. A CA RN license is required, BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in California required.
• 2–5 years of experience leading nursing teams and clinics.
• Strong communication and scheduling abilities essential.
• Experience caring for geriatric patients a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations within the PACE clinic for high‑quality care.
• Assign duties to staff and guide them to complete tasks accurately.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to the team.
• Support onboarding and ongoing education for RNs, LVNs, and MAs.
• Manage clinic schedules to maintain coverage and efficiency.
• Assist with quality initiatives, audits, and CAP monitoring.
• Monitor supplies, vendor relations, and facility needs.
• Provide hands‑on clinical care as needed (triage, vaccines, wound care).
