Job summary

CalOptima Health Partnership is seeking a Manager PACE Center to lead day-to-day operations of the PACE Center and collaborate with the Senior Manager Clinical Center to ensure participant-centered care. You will oversee staffing, onboarding, kitchen and administrative support while driving program development through committees and project implementation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in health care or related field with 5 years of supervisory experience in a PACE or similar setting, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration or related field plus 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in health care.
• 3 years of experience managing operations for community-based clinics or centers such as PACE, FQHCs, SNFs or similar.
• 3 years experience working with older adult populations; CPR and First-Aid certification required or within 6 months of hire.

• Lead day-to-day operations of the PACE Center and collaborate with senior management.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, kitchen/dietary, reception and administrative support.
