Job summary

Midland Care Connection, Inc. is seeking an Intake & Enrollment Manager to guide the PACE enrollment process from inquiry to enrollment.

You will supervise Intake Coordinators and partner with Marketing, Center Administration, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize the participant experience while ensuring Medicare, Medicaid, and confidentiality compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, social services, nursing, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, senior services, PACE, intake, enrollment, or related setting.
• Supervisory or leadership experience with coaching, training, and performance management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PACE intake and enrollment process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Supervise Intake Coordinators and ensure timely information for participants and families.
• Track enrollment activity and performance metrics; monitor referral pipeline.
• Develop strategies to meet enrollment and growth goals with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, PACE, and HIPAA requirements.
