Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years healthcare intake/enrollment experience.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare and PACE regulations.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms; Care Compass preferred.
• Fluency in a secondary language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Correspond directly with prospective participants to educate plans and screen qualifications.
• Respond to calls, data entry, and emails; schedule assessments and mail information.
• Meet departmental productivity goals for enrollment growth.
• Verify plan and entitlement status using CMS/HRA resources and workflow.
• Maintain compliance with CMS, DOH, and PACE guidelines.
