Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years outreach and marketing experience in senior care, healthcare, or related field.
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Knowledge of HMO, Medi-Cal/Medicaid, Medicare, and senior care marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop enrollment-aligned goals and marketing strategy.
• Ensure enrollment goals are met by increasing referrals.
• Organize territories and lead marketing team effectively.
• Develop and maintain reports to assess marketing and outreach activities.
• Build relationships with physicians, care coordinators, facilities, and hospitals.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, DHCS, and DMHC policies.
