Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) is seeking an Enrollment and Marketing Coordinator to manage PACE admissions information, coordinate intake processes, and lead marketing outreach. The role involves guiding referrals to community agencies and coordinating all PACE marketing efforts to reach potential participants.

The position also supports promoting the Healthy Aging and Wellness Program in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Four years of relevant experience can substitute for the degree.
• Two years in marketing or sales required. Healthcare marketing preferred.
• One year in senior healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain initial participant information for PACE admissions.
• Coordinate PACE intake processes.
• Provide information and referrals to community agencies about ICHS PACE as appropriate.
• Coordinate all PACE marketing efforts.
• Promote the ICHS Healthy Aging and Wellness Program in the community to potential participants and other agencies.
