Job summary

Midland Care Connection is seeking an Intake & Enrollment Manager to lead the PACE intake and enrollment process from initial inquiry through enrollment in Olathe, KS. You will supervise Intake Coordinators and coordinate with Marketing, Center Administration and the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure a smooth participant experience and compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and PACE requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in healthcare or PACE, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare administration, business, social services, nursing, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, senior services, PACE, case management, enrollment, or related setting.
• Supervisory or leadership experience with coaching, training and performance management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multiple cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; maintain confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, PACE, and enrollment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead PACE intake and enrollment from inquiry to enrollment.
• Supervise Intake Coordinators, ensure timely, accurate information.
