Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation of an accredited school of professional nursing required.
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years supervising licensed clinical staff in a healthcare setting.
• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year with frail or elderly populations.
• Experience: Leading clinical teams and supporting coordinated care delivery within a healthcare environment.
• Licenses/Certifications: California RN license active and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Chief of PACE and Chief Medical Officer to execute strategic, operational, and clinical initiatives.
• Oversees day-to-day center operations and integrates clinical and administrative services.
• Monitors expenditures and staffing costs to stay within budget while maintaining quality care.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to managers and staff, including licensed personnel.
• Ensures compliance with CMS, DHCS, and regulatory requirements.
