Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare seeks a PACE Center Director to lead the assigned PACE Center and Alternative Care Settings, reporting to the PACE Program Director. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, public health, or related field.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred for senior leadership.
• 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or aging services.
• Experience with PACE program operations or integrated care model preferred.
• Valid California driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site-level leader for the PACE Center and ACS operations with accountability for performance and regulatory compliance.
• Provide supervision to discipline managers and ensure quality, compliance, and participant satisfaction across all services.
• Oversee hiring, orientation, training, and development of center staff and leaders.
• Lead site-wide quality improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with QA, Compliance, and external vendors to maintain audit readiness.
