Cross Country Search seeks a Program Director to lead the PACE center operations regionally, ensuring high-quality, coordinated elder care that meets regulatory standards. You will oversee program operations, budget, and performance metrics while driving continuous improvement and compliance with CMS and state requirements.

You will manage the program support team, mentor staff, and collaborate with executives to align care planning and reporting with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in healthcare operations or program management.
• 4+ years of leadership with operational oversight and full P&L responsibility.
• Proven success managing complex healthcare programs and achieving goals.
• Prior experience with PACE programs or home care ops preferred.
• Startup or turnaround experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the local Program Support Team.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for PACE program operations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align goals with organizational strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Program Support Team with coaching and performance reviews.
• Drive a culture of accountability and high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee daily operations ensuring timely deliverables and documentation accuracy.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication for coordinated care delivery.
• Monitor KPIs like participant satisfaction and health outcomes for improvements.
