AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Center Director to lead the PACE Center and potential ACS extension in the Los Angeles area.

You will ensure day-to-day operations align with AltaMed PACE goals, maintain compliance with CMS and PACE guidelines, and guide budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics. The role requires collaboration with clinical and administrative leaders, a focus on quality and safety, and a commitment to serving diverse older adults and their families within the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or Gerontology required. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in working with Senior Care Services and the elderly population.
• Experience collaborating with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, OT, PT, speech therapy, dietetics, and gerontology.
• Minimum of three years' experience as a supervisor or manager in healthcare or related field.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations reflecting AltaMed PACE mission.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement activities ensuring CMS, PACE, and licensing compliance.
• Manage budget and staffing to achieve participant census and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with administrative and medical leaders, quality management, and support services to meet goals.
