Job summary

Advance Local Media is seeking an Account Executive for a remote-based role located in Pennsylvania. You will drive strategic revenue growth across Finance, Home Services, Utilities, Legal, and Hi-Tech sectors with blue-chip clients, backed by data-driven presentations and a strong sales pipeline.

The position offers a base salary plus commissions, with total target compensation ranging from $94,500 to $104,500 and requires travel to meet clients and attend events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of two years of digital advertising sales, preferably in digital media
• Demonstrated success at increasing sales in a competitive marketplace, consultative and solution-oriented selling
• Prior experience selling digital media advertising is highly preferred; motivation and quick learning ability required
• Thorough knowledge of needs-based selling
• Experience using CRM sales management platforms, preferably Salesforce.com
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong self-motivation and ability to achieve goals independently
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation abilities, and active listening
• Commitment to teamwork and collaboration
• Solid organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• This role requires reliable transportation to regularly meet with clients.

Responsibilities

• Be a hunter and build your own business
• Regularly meet with existing and prospective clients
• Apply needs-based selling to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
• Focus on profitable revenue growth and sales targets
• Identify new revenue opportunities
• Develop and deliver client presentations supported by data analysis
• Manage a healthy pipeline using Salesforce.com
• Collaborate with Strategy, Marketing and Operations teams
• Work from home and travel to clients, conferences and team meetings as necessary
