Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee our PA cannabis program. You will drive distribution targets and revenue growth, manage the sales team, educate customers, and develop sales and production strategies.

This role involves extensive field activity in PA dispensaries and requires a proactive, extroverted approach. The position emphasizes building strong customer relationships, meeting forecasts, and collaborating with finance and operations to optimize revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in CPG/f&B.
• Knowledge of cannabis industry, regulations, market trends, and competition is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience of exceeding sales quotas.
• Proven ability to build and execute a sales strategy to generate and develop new business.
• Experience with P&L and budget management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and sales systems (e.g. Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all functions of the sales lifecycle including forecasting, relationship management, negotiations, and lead conversion.
• Develop annual and quarterly revenue plans and prepare monthly sales reports by product and channel.
• Ensure stores have proper inventory levels through sales tools and in-store visits.
• Provide insights on sales drivers and identify opportunities for growth.
• Attend industry events to stay current on trends and engage with customers.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations on forecasting, budgeting, and sales processes.
