Job summary

Green Thumb in Pennsylvania is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead our PA cannabis sales program, overseeing distribution targets and revenue growth across the state. You will manage the sales lifecycle, forecast, train the team and visit dispensaries, promoting a high-performance culture.

The role requires traveling up to 50% of the time and close collaboration with Finance, Operations, Branding, and Marketing to execute strategic plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of cannabis industry regulations, market trends and competition preferred.
• Demonstrated experience exceeding sales quotas.
• Proven ability to build and execute a sales strategy to generate and develop new business.
• Experience with P&L and budget management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with sales management systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Highly motivated, self-directed, able to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all functions of the sales lifecycle including forecasting, direct relationship management and deal approvals.
• Develop annual and quarterly revenue plans, prepare monthly sales reports by product and channel, and assess performance.
• Ensure stores have proper inventory levels through sales tools and in-store visits.
• Provide insights on sales drivers and identify opportunities for incremental growth.
• Attend cannabis industry trade shows and events to stay current and engage customers.
• Partner with Finance & Operations on forecasting, targets, budgeting and sales processes.
• Monitor market trends and competition.
• Collaborate with Branding and Marketing to shape advertising strategy and promotions.
