Green Thumb is seeking a General Manager for our Rise Dispensary to lead a diverse team and drive memorable consumer experiences while ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations. You will coach leaders, manage omni-channel customer experiences, and oversee scheduling, budgeting, and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred; strong inventory control experience required.
• Ability to meet varied shifts and maintain reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction and oversight of all dispensary operations in compliance with regulations.
• Drive revenue and profit through programs and promotions while managing inventory and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Oversee cash handling, budgeting, audits, and financial records.
• Coach Leaders and Team Members to deliver memorable in-store experiences and maintain scheduling discipline.
• Engage with the local community and support outreach initiatives.
