Job summary

Green Thumb's Rise Dispensary in Florida seeks a General Manager to lead a diverse team, drive results, and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will oversee all dispensary operations, inventory, safety, and team development under one leadership umbrella.

You will collaborate with leaders to grow revenue while upholding regulatory compliance and our community-focused mission in a dynamic cannabis retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience required.
• Must pass background checks and be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction and oversee all dispensary operations with compliance.
• Drive revenue and profit through programs and promotions.
• Oversee inventory quality and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling and daily reconciliation protocols.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and store labor goals.
