Justice Grown is seeking a General Manager for its Bethlehem, PA dispensary. You will lead all daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure a superior customer experience while building a high-performing team.

You will recruit, coach, and retain top talent, manage payroll and budgeting, and ensure compliance with state cannabis regulations. This hands-on leadership role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in retail management.
• Proven ability to drive sales and consistently exceed performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead all day-to-day dispensary operations while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and dispensary staff.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Drive sales performance and consistently achieve key business objectives and KPIs.
• Own the financial performance of the dispensary, including payroll forecasting, labor management, budgeting, expense control, and P&L accountability.
• Analyze business trends and implement strategies that maximize revenue, improve operational efficiency, and enhance profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, state cannabis regulations, and applicable laws.
• Maintain accurate inventory through effective inventory management, auditing, and loss prevention practices.
• Foster a culture centered on safety, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor staffing needs and create schedules that balance customer demand with financial objectives.
• Collaborate with corporate partners and senior leadership to successfully execute company initiatives.
• Complete operational reporting, administrative responsibilities, and required documentation accurately and on time
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
