Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay (P2P) practice to optimize procurement and AP operations through process improvement and technology implementation. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, collaborate with client teams, and drive value realization while travel to client sites is expected up to 60%.

Ideal candidates have deep P2P knowledge, strong consulting experience, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable tech-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in P2P, AP, or shared services.
• Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Assess procurement and accounts payable operations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive transformation across requisition management, PO processing, invoicing, AP, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across procurement, finance, and shared services.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, processes, tests, and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, testing, training, deployment, and adoption of procurement tech.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance and reduce cycle times.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Lead and mentor team members and support business development activities.
