Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in the Procure to Pay (P2P) practice to help clients transform procurement and accounts payable operations through process improvement and technology adoption. You will lead cross-functional workstreams with procurement, finance, shared services, operations, and IT stakeholders to improve efficiency, compliance, and supplier collaboration.

Travel to client sites is required up to 60%, and you will design future-state processes, define operating models, and oversee deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in P2P, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or Consulting.
• Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, or similar solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Assess procurement and accounts payable operations to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Drive transformation initiatives across requisition management, purchase order processing, invoice processing, accounts payable, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with procurement, finance, operations, accounts payable, and shared services stakeholders.
• Define future-state business processes, operating models, governance structures, and technology requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, testing scenarios, and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and adoption activities across procurement technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance, automate manual processes, reduce cycle times, and increase operational efficiency.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issue resolution, and executive stakeholder communications.
• Lead and mentor team members while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
• Support business development activities including proposals, solution demonstrations, client presentations, and estimates.
