SNV Proximate is seeking a strategic operations leader to own the accelerator's P&L, including revenue, costs, margin, invoicing, and rolling forecasts. The role drives weekly variance flags and reallocates budgets to maximize impact.

You will coordinate resource allocation across engagements, monitor billable time, and maintain a live view of who is working on what at what percentage. You will also build and run internal systems (CRM, time tracking, project management, data governance).

Responsabilités

• Own the accelerator's P&L, managing revenue, costs, contribution margin, invoicing, and budget reallocation with rolling forecasts and weekly variance flagging.
• Manage resource allocation across engagements, track billable time, and maintain a live view of who is working on what at what percentage.
• Build and run internal systems, including CRM, time tracking, project management, and data governance, while managing consultant and partner networks.
