Job summary

SNV Proximate is seeking a strategic operations leader to own the accelerator's P&L, including revenue, costs, margin, invoicing, and rolling forecasts. The role drives weekly variance flags and reallocates budgets to maximize impact.

You will coordinate resource allocation across engagements, monitor billable time, and maintain a live view of who is working on what at what percentage. You will also build and run internal systems (CRM, time tracking, project management, data governance).
