Job summary

Nen Creative is seeking an experienced Operations Lead in the United States to manage financial operations, contracts, and people processes. You will own accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, vendor payments, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting, while ensuring contract integrity and risk management across client and vendor agreements.

You will also oversee onboarding, offboarding, policies, and vendor management within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own financial operations: accounts payable/receivable, client invoicing, vendor payments, expense reconciliation, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Manage contracts and compliance: review and redline client/vendor agreements, NDAs, identify risks, and coordinate negotiations.
• Oversee people operations: onboarding/offboarding, documentation, policies, and vendor management.
