Freedom Air & Plumbing in Rockledge, FL seeks an accomplished General Manager to lead HVAC, Plumbing, Sewer, and Electrical operations. Own P&L, drive growth, and shape business strategy while developing leadership teams and delivering sustainable financial results.

You will partner with regional leadership to execute priorities, improve performance, and uphold a culture of accountability and customer excellence. This is a high-impact leadership role in a growing home services organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with full P&L accountability.
• 5+ years leading residential home services or related trades.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and profitability.
• Experience building high-performing teams and leaders.

Responsabilités

• Own the P&L and drive revenue growth, gross margin, EBITDA, budgeting, and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and financial performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs using financial and operational data.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with finance, marketing, recruitment, and operations.
• Build a culture of accountability, growth, and operational excellence.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing managers and field teams.
