POWERX in Texas is seeking a P&C Test Engineer II to execute assigned relay protection and substation testing under Senior oversight. You will grow from component-level tasks toward system-level understanding, applying protection theory and using leading testing platforms during commissioning across distribution and transmission substations up to 765kV.

The role emphasizes learning, documentation, safe work practices, and collaboration with a Senior/Lead engineer to deliver reliable protection

• Execute relay protection testing tasks under Senior/Lead oversight.

• Test CT/VT including ratio, polarity, phasing, grounding verification.
• Test breaker control circuits including trip paths and function tests.
