State Farm is seeking an Insurance Account Manager (P&C Licensed) to join an agent team in-office. The role focuses on client guidance, policy options, and fostering long-term relationships while supporting agency growth.

The candidate will use an active P&C license to assist service and sales activities, with opportunities for professional development and advancement within the agency. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required; Life/Health license obtainable within 6 months.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sales experience and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain positive client relationships with regular follow-ups.
• Identify and pursue new service opportunities with clients.
• Provide prompt, accurate customer service on coverage, billing, and claims.
• Educate clients on options using a needs-based approach.
• Develop quotes, conduct presentations, and close sales to meet goals.
• Engage in networking to support business development.
