Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license required.
• Life & Health license preferred; may be acquired after hire.
• Prior insurance sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs for insurance solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and support.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service on coverage, changes, claims, and billing.
• Market appropriate insurance products to new and existing clients.
• Support agency goals by meeting sales targets and contributing to business development.
• Assist with administrative tasks and ensure compliance with agency procedures.
