Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Experience in commercial lines insurance is required.
• Experience servicing accounts including renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, policy changes, and coverage questions.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with deadlines and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial P&C policies including endorsements, policy changes, certificates of insurance, audits, billing inquiries, and coverage questions.
• Review client policies and documentation for accuracy and appropriate coverage.
• Respond to client requests with knowledgeable guidance on commercial policies.
• Maintain relationships with clients, carriers, producers and internal partners.
• Coordinate renewal processes from start to finish and gather exposure information.
• Prepare carrier submissions, proposals and renewal documentation.
• Ensure policies, endorsements and renewal documents are accurate.
• Communicate renewal deadlines and coverage needs to clients and teams.
• Support new business submissions and onboarding with producers and carriers.
